Go to the
left and enter the doorway on the first building. Turn on the power switch that
is next to the two workers standing around. Go back and follow the path to the
left some more. Enter the gate through the fence and continue forward. You'll
then see the first valve. Turn it and you're done with #1.
Enter the doorway near you. Follow the narrow hallway and then take a right.
Go to the control panel and restore the elevator power. Backtrack down the hallway
you come and just beyond is the second valve. Turn it and you're done with #2.
Go back to the room where you turned on the elevator power. Take the elevator
up. Head down the hall to the right. Around the corner you'll have an overview
of the yard and the third valve's controls. Turn it and you're done with #3.
Go back
to the elevator and go down it. Walk out of the building and go straight around
the building to the right and around the yard. Eventually you'll come up to
a ramp. Take the ramp into the building. Take the hallway to the left. Go the
the fence gate and in the center of all the tanks is the last valve. Turn it
and you're done.
