Well, there isn't much to say about this level. When the elevator stops, take the ladder up to the top. Kill all the ground enemies and then go onto the outside part and enter the door out there and collect the rocket launcher. Now what you must do is run like hell all around the rooftop while shooting the helicopter with your rockets. When you kill the copter, the mission is over.
