Question:
Where is my "mark"? Why can't I find it?
Answer:
If you get detected by either of the two Shop Employees or the camera at ANY point in this tiny map, a buzzer goes off and Sam tells you to go back to the cage and start over. If you continue anyway, you'll eventually reach a small room with a metal shade over one window. This metal sheet won't roll up to reveal the mark UNLESS you got there without being detected. Do what Sam says - walk back to the cage and try again.
